Unsatisfied and Jiya won’t offer return

The item itself is beautiful but it is too short. Jiya refuses to offer return. I had to email twice, never got a response and then I had to call when I was then told they won’t offer a refund or even exchange because the item was on sale. Poor service. Better and more honest companies to buy from!
